localeads is owner contact intelligence for local businesses. Describe the businesses you care about in a sentence, or upload a list, and localeads names the owner of each one, gives you a way to reach them that passed a check, and keeps watching for what changes. When the record shows only a registered agent, it says unknown.
Software ate the professional economy first. Companies with sales teams and CRM seats got databases, intent feeds, and enrichment tools. The plumbing company doing four million a year got a listings page. So everyone whose job depends on reaching that plumber still works from stale lists, generic inboxes, and a spreadsheet.
Two groups have that job. One sells to local business owners: agencies, vertical software teams, anyone whose quota is owner conversations. The other buys them: searchers, independent sponsors, and platforms sourcing add-ons, at a moment when Project Equity counts about 2.9 million U.S. businesses owned by someone over 55 and McKinsey expects around six million ownership transitions by 2035.
It is the same problem pointed in two directions. The owner sits behind an LLC, a registered agent, and a front desk, and the tools built for the professional economy cannot see them. So we read the public record instead: state filings, licence boards, permits, ad libraries, review replies written at nine at night. Every claim carries its source and its date, and unknown is an answer we are willing to give.
